Milestone 1

The first milestone of the Ontology Toolchain is expected to be released in the course of the year 2021. It comes with an early implementation of OXPL serving as a proof of concept.

OXPL interpreter for a subset of the language capabilities
Early version of the syntax
Ontology analyzer (list all facts, etc.)

Definitely not included features

Type inference
Packages and importing
